Package Your Gear
Securely pack your Pilates essentials in their original box, ensuring all tags are attached and the equipment is well-protected.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
